What are your customer service operating times?

9am – 5pm CST.
Customer service is not available during public holidays.
Please allow up to 2 working days for a response to your questions, especially during busy periods such as sales and new product launches.
How do I get in touch?
Emails are answered between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm CST. If you have a question about your order, please email us.

How do I wash my new items?
TEES
Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Our Tees are 100% cotton and may shrink in the wash.
HOODIES
Machine wash cold with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
BUTTON-UPS
Machine wash cold. Hang dry.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most express checkout methods as well as major credit or debit cards, including Visa, Master Card, PayPal, SHOP Pay, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
When will an item be restocked?
All of our items are limited-run, if something is out of stock it is gone forever.

I received the wrong item, what do I do?
If you have received an incorrect item please contact us using the contact form, please provide the following information.
Order reference
Item name/sku ordered but not received
Item name/sku received incorrectly
We will ensure this gets rectified as soon as possible!
The items in your order are scanned several times before the final packing and dispatch process so this is very rare and we may be able to identify exactly why this has happened with further information from you.
What are your current shipping times?
Most of our products will ship within 3-6 business days.
In the rare event that an item was ordered that is not in stock we will contact you to cancel the out of stock item and refund original payment method.
