Simply return any eligible item(s) you don’t like within 30 days of being received. 

  • Final sale Items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Grooming Products are not eligible for returns or refunds due to health-related issues. This policy ensures that every Psycho Wrench Grooming Product we ship is fresh, unused, and meets quality and health standards.

 

Eligible Items sold on greasyhandssociety.com may be returned within 30 days after the customer receives it. 

Eligible Items sold in-store may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

 

Items must be returned in their original, undamaged, unworn, unused, unaltered, and unwashed, condition with all tags attached.

  1. When a returned item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it is return-eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above.
  2. For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your return package, minus any shipping fees. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Unfortunately, due to bank processing delays, your refund may require an additional 3-5 days to post to your account. 
  3. The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
  4. If the returned item is rejected, you will be contacted for return shipping charges or your item will be donated to a local homeless shelter.  

 

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and for paying all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

 

Return Process

  2. Pack your return item(s) securely, in the original package if possible, and securely tape the Return Label on the outside of your return package.
  3. Ship the return package with the carrier of your choice. Keep in mind, your return package must be received within 35 days after the original order received date, so don’t forget you have it in the backseat of your truck for too long.

NOTE:

  • To ensure a smooth and timely refund process, please make sure that the item(s) you are returning match(es) the details listed on your return. Any discrepancies may cause delays or prevent us from being able to process your return.
  • Returns will be closed if the item has not been received within 35 days of the original order received date.

 

 

 

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be issued after a return-eligible item has been received at our warehouse and has passed our quality check.
  2. For products that are returned in accordance with this Return Policy and pass our quality check, refunds will be processed within 7 Business days after we are processing your return package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
